Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
- Operate dishwashing systems efficiently while adhering to hygiene standards
- Support culinary team by preparing workstations and maintaining organized storage
- Monitor and report maintenance issues for kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and HACCP guidelines
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies
- Collaborate with F&B department during peak service hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 20kg)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
