Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, peel, and prepare food items for cooking and service to ensure high standards of food safety.
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machines and sinks efficiently.
- Keep the kitchen, dining, and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and kitchen utensils.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.
- Ensure all crockery, cutlery, and glassware are polished and ready for use.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, or Kitchen Porter is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
