Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain strict hygiene standards for all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare kitchen equipment for daily F&B operations
- Support dishwashing and pot washing during peak service hours
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to health regulations
- Assist with deep cleaning of kitchen areas during off-peak hours
- Monitor and report maintenance issues for kitchen equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with culinary team to support operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen support role preferred
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
