Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar team
- Present menu offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar steward or waiter role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Basic understanding of point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
