Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, cookware, glassware, and silverware using manual cleaning methods and commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing area and kitchen at all times.
- Properly sort and dispose of kitchen waste, adhering to the restaurant's recycling and environmental guidelines.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation and ingredient stocking as needed.
- Monitor and report any faulty kitchen equipment or low cleaning supplies to the Kitchen Supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Support overall kitchen operations during peak service hours to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar kitchen support role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of kitchen sanitation and health safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent physical stamina; able to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 20kg) for extended periods.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
