You'll be responsible for dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting our culinary team to ensure smooth operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily dishwashing duties to ensure all kitchenware is clean and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, countertops, and equipment
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to company standards
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies in designated areas
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Assist with deep cleaning of kitchen and dining areas as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate cleaning schedules
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen support roles preferred
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of English language is beneficial
