Tanggung Jawab

  • Ensure all kitchenware, plates, cutlery, and cooking equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and back-of-house facilities.
  • Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.
  • Properly manage and dispose of kitchen waste according to health and safety regulations.
  • Support the team by ensuring equipment is available and ready for peak service hours.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in line with food safety requirements.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager.
  • Perform daily deep cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure a spotless kitchen environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or cafe environment.
  • Strong physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment and handle standing for long hours.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proper dishwashing techniques and kitchen cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and work collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
