From washing and storing dishes to assisting with food preparation, your contributions are essential to our success. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms at all times.
- Wash, peel, cut, and store kitchen ingredients and utensils according to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist the culinary team with food preparation and plating support as needed.
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers, ensuring proper waste management.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are cleaned and sanitized immediately after use.
- Adhere strictly to company hygiene protocols and food safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards is a plus.
