Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining, and service areas at all times.
- Assist in the washing, drying, and proper storage of kitchen utensils, glassware, and cutlery.
- Support the kitchen staff during service by organizing supplies and clearing workstations.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or broken equipment to the management immediately.
Kualifikasi
