Join the team at Ku De Ta, one of Bali's most iconic and prestigious beachside dining destinations. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Steward / Kitchen Daily Worker to support our fast-paced culinary environment in Seminyak.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the hygiene standards of our world-class kitchen. You will ensure that our chefs have the tools they need to create exceptional dining experiences by managing equipment sanitation and maintaining pristine kitchen workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware, are cleaned to health and safety standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area and dishwashing station.
- Assist the culinary team with basic kitchen preparation tasks as required.
- Properly store clean equipment and supplies in designated areas.
- Manage the disposal of kitchen waste and recycling according to restaurant protocols.
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks for kitchen equipment and floor areas as scheduled.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a kitchen steward or dishwasher in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, hardworking, and disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent ability to work well within a diverse team.
