Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Assist with efficient table setup, clearing, and resetting between guests
- Support food and beverage service by delivering orders to tables
- Monitor and restock supplies including utensils, linens, and condiments
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety standards
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a steward or similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
