Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchenware, plates, cutlery, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen work areas.
- Assist in the proper storage of clean utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Support the kitchen staff by performing basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently to keep the kitchen environment sanitary.
- Monitor and report the usage of cleaning supplies to the supervisor.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe workspace.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education equivalent to High School (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Porter in a restaurant or cafe is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to maintain hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Residing in or around the Jimbaran, Bali area is a significant advantage.
