Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized dining environment, including tables, chairs, and service areas.
- Set up dining stations with necessary utensils and condiments before service begins.
- Clear tables efficiently and return them to their original state after guests have left.
- Work closely with waiters and chefs to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and sanitation policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
