Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including order-taking, beverage service, and meal presentation
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns with professionalism
- Assist with restaurant opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service protocols
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and weekends
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Valid food handling certification preferred
