- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen, and service stations
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining tables and buffets
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Support the service team by providing clean dishes, utensils, and glassware
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions to management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a stewarding or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
