- Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations to ensure optimal performance
- Train, mentor, and evaluate stewarding staff to maintain high standards of service
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and tableware
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and control costs related to stewarding operations

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hotel stewarding or similar department
