Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with Accor and HACCP guidelines.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the stewarding team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels for kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and chemicals, ensuring cost-effective usage.
  • Coordinate with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure timely support and proper setup for all events and dining services.
  • Monitor and maintain all kitchen machinery and equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly to the engineering department.
  • Ensure that all waste management and recycling processes are followed strictly according to environmental sustainability goals.
  • Generate periodic reports on operational performance, breakage, and supply consumption for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a stewarding role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations (HACCP certification is a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and schedule a diverse team of staff.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Flexible work schedule, including availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
