Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain sanitation standards across kitchen, dining areas, and service equipment
- Support food preparation through washing, chopping, and ingredient organization
- Operate dishwashing systems and ensure proper sanitation of all utensils
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen consumables
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with culinary team during peak service periods
- Assist in deep cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance
- Provide attentive customer service in dining and lounge areas
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in stewarding or kitchen support roles
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Physical stamina for extended standing, lifting, and cleaning tasks
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Commitment to teamwork and service excellence
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
