Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain immaculate dining areas, kitchen spaces, and service equipment
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and presentation according to brand standards
- Support food service operations during peak hours and special events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on inventory management and stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Deliver responsive guest service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance service quality
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in stewarding or similar hospitality role
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
