- Maintain rigorous sanitation standards for all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and dining utensils
- Operate dishwashing systems efficiently to ensure rapid turnaround of clean items
- Organize and store cleaned equipment in designated areas for optimal accessibility
- Manage waste disposal and recycling protocols according to environmental standards
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours by maintaining clean workstations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address hygiene concerns proactively
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and company sanitation policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or hospitality support roles
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and local health regulations
- Physical stamina to handle standing, bending, and lifting duties
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment maintenance
