Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels within the store and warehouse
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of garment materials and finished products
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Organize and maintain the storage area for efficient access and rotation of stock
- Operate inventory management systems and update stock records in real-time
- Coordinate with production and sales departments to ensure adequate stock levels
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize losses
- Prepare reports on inventory status and stock movements for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in inventory management or stock keeping preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and organizing stock
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of garment industry materials and products is advantageous
- Must be honest, reliable, and with high integrity in handling company assets
