In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our store operates seamlessly by managing inventory levels, maintaining stockroom organization, and supporting the sales team to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Stockman, you will be the backbone of our store's operations, ensuring that the latest fashion collections are always available and properly presented on the sales floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, verify, and unload incoming merchandise shipments accurately.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient retrieval of products.
- Perform daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Restock the sales floor promptly to ensure product availability for customers.
- Prepare and tag merchandise with price labels and security sensors.
- Assist in conducting periodic store-wide physical stock takes.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the storage and back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement store floor sets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Prior experience in retail stock management or warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes and display equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic arithmetic for inventory tasks.
- A team player with a positive, proactive, and 'can-do' attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on mall hours.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
