- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Maintain accurate real-time stock records using inventory management systems
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures
- Generate inventory performance reports for management review

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or stock control experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory valuation methods
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments preferred
