We are currently looking for a Stock Custodian to oversee our inventory and warehouse operations in Pasig City.
Job Summary: As a Stock Custodian, you will be responsible for the accurate management of stock and inventory. This includes monitoring inflows and outflows, conducting manual checks, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring that the warehouse is organized and compliant with safety standards. Your role is critical to our supply chain efficiency and overall operational success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Manually check, monitor, and record inflows and outflows of products
- Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
- Prepare reports on inventory levels and movements
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams
- Adhere to safety and compliance protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or related field is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
