Are you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail? Ultrium Corporation is looking for a dedicated Stock In Charge to join our logistics team in Davao City. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and smooth supply chain operations. You will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, managing inbound and outbound movements, and maintaining the highest standards of warehouse organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record daily stock levels to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
- Supervise the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments according to delivery schedules and logistics protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to fulfill material requests efficiently.
- Document all stock movements accurately using our inventory management system.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel/Word) for inventory reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and handle inventory lifting as required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve inventory discrepancies independently.
- High school diploma or vocational certification in a related field.
