In this vital role, you'll be responsible for managing and tracking all inventory materials used in our food and beverage production processes. Your attention to detail will ensure our culinary team has everything they need to create exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records for all kitchen materials
- Monitor stock levels and implement efficient reordering procedures to prevent shortages
- Organize and maintain storage areas following food safety and hygiene standards
- Inspect incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy before acceptance
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely availability of materials for production
- Generate regular inventory reports and provide insights to management
- Implement inventory control systems and procedures to optimize stock management
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of all materials to maintain quality and prevent waste
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in inventory management is a plus
- Previous experience in stock keeping or inventory management preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical ability to lift and move supplies as required (up to 20kg)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is advantageous
