Krakatau Karya Abadi is currently seeking a dedicated Stock Keeper (F&B) to join our professional team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our food and beverage supplies are managed with precision and efficiency.
As our Stock Keeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing storage facilities, and supporting our kitchen and service teams. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of food safety standards and efficient stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste and ensure high-quality service for our guests. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries, ensuring quality and quantity match purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain storage areas, walk-in chillers, and dry stores according to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Implement and monitor First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Prepare and issue stock requisitions for kitchen and service departments in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
- Document all stock movements, shortages, and damages accurately using internal systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage facility to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to identify low-stock levels and prevent operational disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant certification in F&B or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or stock management within the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and storage regulations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel) for inventory tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle physical tasks.
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain precise documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
