Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure 100% accuracy in stock records.
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes to identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and department heads to ensure timely availability of essential supplies.
- Efficiently inspect goods for quality, damage, or expiration upon arrival.
- Prepare items for dispatch or internal distribution according to departmental requests.
- Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize space and accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Stockkeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar inventory management role.
- Strong proficiency in using inventory tracking software and basic MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and stacking heavy items safely.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor in a team environment.
