Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality standards.
- Organize and store goods in the warehouse to maximize space and ensure easy accessibility.
- Maintain precise inventory records using manual and digital tracking systems.
- Prepare and pack items for dispatch or store replenishment according to orders.
- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
- Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are kept clean, safe, and hazard-free.
- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as required.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; vocational diplomas are a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stockroom operations.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and carrying heavy items regularly.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in counting and recording.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Proximity to Ermita, Metro Manila, or willingness to commute.
