Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas following FIFO principles
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for dispatch to internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and audits
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery scheduling and tracking
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
- Uphold workplace safety standards and 5S organization protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in logistics/warehouse management preferred
- 1+ years experience in warehouse operations or inventory control
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP/WMS)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Physical ability to handle goods (lifting up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry
- Excellent time management and communication skills
