Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organizing spare parts and electronic inventory.
- Perform regular stock counts and audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Process incoming shipments and verify documentation against physical goods received.
- Prepare, pack, and label parts for internal dispatch or customer deliveries efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management to prevent operational delays.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized stockroom environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track movement and status of spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training in Logistics or Warehouse Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in stock management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in inventory tracking software or MS Excel.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and organize inventory items safely.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
