As a Stockman, you will be instrumental in the critical functions of receiving, organizing, storing, and issuing a diverse range of supplies and products. Your precision in handling inventory will prevent stockouts, minimize waste, and ensure that our operations run seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, noting any discrepancies or damages.
- Accurately record and update inventory levels in the stock management system (manual or digital).
- Organize and store products in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling, accessibility, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Issue supplies and products to authorized personnel as per requisitions, maintaining meticulous records of all outgoing items.
- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse or storage environment, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or expired goods, ensuring proper segregation, documentation, and handling for return or disposal.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently, if required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college education or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Stockman, Warehouse Assistant, Inventory Clerk, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods (ability to lift up to 25kg).
- Basic proficiency in computer applications for inventory tracking and record-keeping (e.g., MS Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and systems is an advantage.
