Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily stockroom operations including receiving, processing, and organizing incoming merchandise
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time stock records using digital systems
- Coordinate with sales floor teams to ensure timely replenishment of display stock
- Implement and maintain efficient storage systems to optimize space utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards in the stockroom
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth delivery coordination
- Train and mentor new team members on stockroom procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or stockroom operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to operate inventory management software and basic MS Office applications
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise up to 20kg
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Previous experience in retail or fashion industry preferred
