Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and wholesale clients in the stone industry
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking activities
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and provide weekly sales reports
- Attend industry exhibitions and trade shows to expand business networks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials or stone industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness to travel within Johor region
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of natural stone varieties, processing methods, and applications
