Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure including SAN, NAS, and cloud-based solutions
- Develop and deliver technical enablement programs for partners on storage technologies
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of storage systems
- Conduct proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of storage environments
- Create comprehensive documentation and best practices for storage solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage with existing IT infrastructure
- Evaluate and recommend new storage technologies to enhance service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in storage engineering or infrastructure administration
- Expertise in SAN/NAS technologies (e.g., NetApp, EMC, Dell EMC)
- Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud storage solutions
- Experience with storage virtualization, backup systems, and disaster recovery
- Excellent communication skills for technical training and documentation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP, NCDA, or EMCIS) preferred
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation
