Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update store inventory records accurately on a daily basis to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and sales reports for management review.
  • Manage petty cash accounts and ensure all operational transactions are properly documented and reconciled.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding stock deliveries, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Organize and archive store documentation, including employee attendance records and operational schedules.
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operational compliance and store maintenance tasks.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and customer inquiries related to administrative store matters.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a retail or store environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and suppliers.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to be based in Jakarta Pusat and work according to retail operational hours.
