- Manage inventory storage systems to ensure optimal space utilization and accessibility
- Issue materials and components to production departments based on requisition schedules
- Conduct regular quality checks and condition assessments of stored goods
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
- Support receiving and dispatching operations while verifying documentation
- Implement safety protocols in storage areas to prevent damage or loss
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with basic numeracy skills
- Experience in warehouse/store operations preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management software or MS Excel
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and organizing goods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Good communication skills for team coordination
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations in storage environments
