Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform daily warehouse duties including picking, packing, and labeling items for production and shipment.
- Update and maintain real-time inventory records using the company’s ERP system to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual stock-taking exercises to minimize discrepancies.
- Organize store layout to optimize space utilization and ensure efficient retrieval of goods.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized 5S working environment.
- Coordinate with the procurement and production departments to resolve any material shortages or delivery issues.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as reach trucks or forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Secondary School Education, NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer literacy; prior experience with ERP software (like SAP or Oracle) is a significant advantage.
- Possession of a valid Forklift License is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and material handling.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and stock management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
