Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and styling recommendations to clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom displays.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and regular stock counts.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and stock availability.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for interior design, home décor, and furniture aesthetics.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10kg).
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic computer skills for operating POS systems and inventory tracking.
