To strengthen our logistics operations, we are looking for a reliable and efficient Store Assistant to join our team on a contract basis.
Position Overview: The Store Assistant will be integral to the daily operations of our store. You will manage incoming and outgoing materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that the store is organized and compliant with safety standards. This role offers practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with opportunities to learn about supply chain management.
Your Responsibilities: You will receive and inspect deliveries, update inventory databases, maintain storage areas, prepare materials for production, assist in stock counts, and coordinate with various teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow. You will also help implement 5S practices in the store.
Who We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate is meticulous, physically capable, and comfortable with basic computer systems. Prior experience in a store or warehouse is advantageous. You must be able to work independently and communicate effectively. This contract position requires someone who can commit to the role immediately.

Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory system.
- Organize and store items in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for production or dispatch.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and cycle counting.
- Ensure store area is clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material supply.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in logistics or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a store or warehouse environment preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and inventory software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Physically able to handle lifting and standing for long periods.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available to work on contract basis.
