As a Store Assistant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant operations. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in driving sales growth, ensuring impeccable food quality, and fostering an environment where both our crew and customers feel valued. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to our global standards of safety, hygiene, and hospitality. You will also play a key role in developing our team, optimizing inventory, and maintaining the high-energy culture that defines the Burger King experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations to ensure brand excellence and profitability.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor front-of-house and kitchen team members to maintain high performance.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, waste control, and supply chain accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards as per company policy and local regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze store sales data and labor costs to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Manage employee scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak restaurant hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) or retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).
  • Energetic, proactive, and committed to upholding the Burger King brand standards.
