Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all operational sections of the restaurant to ensure smooth daily workflows and high efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate shift supervisors and crew members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain strict compliance with Burger King's global quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, food costs, waste reduction, and purchasing to maximize store profitability.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, staff schedules, and shift logs in alignment with labor budgets.
- Enforce food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail F&B environment.
- Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of managing and developing diverse operational teams.
- Solid understanding of basic restaurant metrics, including inventory control, labor costs, and food cost analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Based in Makassar or willing to relocate.
