Manjaku Baby Mall is currently seeking a dedicated Store Assistant to join our team in Temerloh, Pahang. As a vital member of our store operations, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a delightful shopping experience while maintaining the high standards of our retail environment.
In this position, you will be the face of our brand, helping parents find the best products for their little ones. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, labeling, and shelf stocking.
- Handle product inquiries and provide basic information regarding baby care items.
- Assist in the receiving and checking of incoming shipment deliveries.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming store environment for all shoppers.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Friendly, approachable, and a strong passion for customer service.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and disciplined in attendance.
- Basic proficiency in both Malay and English; ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Prior experience in retail or the baby care industry is an added advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
