Leader Marine (Singapore) Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Assistant to join our dynamic logistics team in Tuas. As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for the seamless flow of marine-related goods, ensuring that our inventory is managed with precision and our vessel support services remain top-tier.

You will play a vital role in stock management, from receiving raw materials to dispatching critical spare parts for global maritime operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against delivery orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and store marine equipment and spare parts in designated warehouse locations for optimal retrieval.
- Execute picking, packing, and labeling duties for outbound deliveries to various ports and vessels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s internal stock management system.
- Perform regular stock-takes and cycle counts to minimize inventory discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move heavy marine components.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement departments to ensure timely order fulfillment for urgent vessel requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Secondary school education or equivalent; ITE certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse assistant or storekeeping role.
- Prior experience working within the Marine, Shipping, or Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Forklift Driver’s License is required.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications for simple inventory data entry.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual loading and unloading tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas area and perform overtime as required by vessel schedules.
