Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of marine equipment and safety gear within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or distribution to internal departments.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Assist in processing returns and managing obsolete stock.
- Provide excellent support to the logistics team by responding to stock inquiries and coordinating with suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Junior level experience or internship background in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock (up to 10-15kg).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new processes.
- Interest in the Marine, Shipping, or Logistics industry.
