Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
- Operate forklifts to load/unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Process orders and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain.
- Assist in training and development of new warehouse employees.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid forklift license (counterbalance/reach truck) with proven safe operation record.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual handling when necessary.
