Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and problem resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain store appearance through visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash handling and store security
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Process customer orders and handle special requests with professionalism
- Adhere to company policies on safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg merchandise
