- Drive sales growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of complementary products
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing personalized product recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and organized product displays
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual audits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting merchandise up to 20kg
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
