Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
  • Systematically store goods in designated areas to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records using internal management systems.
  • Prepare and issue materials to production teams based on scheduled work orders.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual stocktaking exercises.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and workplace cleanliness standards (5S) are strictly followed.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
  • Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to streamline the movement of materials.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a relevant logistics/warehouse certification.
  • Proven experience as a Store Clerk, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar inventory-related role.
  • Strong proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel) and inventory management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high numerical accuracy.
  • Physical ability to lift goods and move materials as required by the warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and manual handling best practices.
  • Must be based in or able to commute reliably to the Loyang area.
