You will be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods, performing regular stock checks, and maintaining organized documentation that keeps our production line moving smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily receiving, issuing, and transferring of inventory items with high accuracy.
- Maintain precise manual and digital documentation for all stock movements.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile them against system records.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
- Ensure the warehouse/store area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of deliveries as required.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits to ensure 100% record integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and inventory management software.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good command of Malay and/or English for reporting and communication.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Batu Gajah, Perak.
